Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered are to be made as per the agreed schedule outlined in the service agreement. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
Pricing

Late Payments
If a payment is not received within the specified timeframe, a late fee of £50 will be applied. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service agreement with a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one week’s service.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Clients can reschedule services without penalty provided that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given.
Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality gardening services, we cannot be held liable for any damages caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or pre-existing soil contamination.

Notice of Termination
Written notice must be provided 30 days in advance of termination. All outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination.

Severability
